King was a state soldier welfare agent from St. Paul and former state commander of the American Legion.
Rines was a state comptroller and former newspaper publisher from Mora. He was also a former state Representative (HD 32, 1907-1915; HD 55, 1943-1947), Treasurer (1917-1925), and candidate for Auditor in 1914.
Anderson was a resident of Minneapolis and former Traverse County Auditor.
Lindberg was a resident of Marine on St. Croix.
