Notes: Wilcox served just three and one-half weeks in the Minnesota House of Representatives in January 1919. The SD 43 1918 election was contested by his opponent, George H. Sullivan. Wilcox was charged with circulating a false and defamatory pamphlet against Sullivan in violation of the Fair Campaign Practices Act. The House ruled the seat vacant and a new election was called, won by Sullivan on February 20, 1919.
