Auditor Dunn was reelected to a second term.
Lamphere was a resident of Moorhead, former Moorhead city auditor, editor of the Moorhead Daily News, and founder of the Moorhead, Leech Lake, Duluth & Northwestern Railroad.
Weld was a resident of Windom engaged in the land business and Prohibition nominee for Treasurer in 1904.
Hopkins was a properous farmer, justice of the peace, and former school board member from Fairfax. He was a former Republican and Prohibitionist.
