Notes: | Bellrichard ran for Winona City Council (Ward 3) in 1977 and Mayor of Winona in 1979. On July 31, 1992, Bellrichard was convicted of sending threatening messages via the mail to two judges (whose homes were bombed in 1988 and 1989) and sentenced to more than four years in prison. Bellrichard was acquitted of the bombing charges but send additional threatening letters to public officials while in prison and had to serve an additional seven years. |
