Notes: | Wuerzinger was founder of the Minnesota Association of Naturopathy. In January, 1943 Wuerzinger was sentenced to one year in prison after pleading guilty to practicing medicine without a license. The sentence was suspended and was placed on probation for three years. He had also been indicted for for performing an abortion on June 23, 1942 but was not tried on that count. |
