Notes: Barker came to Minnesota in 1868, but returned to Maine in 1870. He came back to Minnesota in 1876 and started a law practice in Cambridge. He was also president of the Cambridge Milling Company and Campbridge Starch Company. Barker was also owner and editor of the Isanti County Press for many years.
