Notes: Bresky was admitted to the Minnesota Bar Association in 1919. She was disbarred in June 1927 by the Minnesota Supreme Court for professional misconduct - the first woman to be disbarred in Minnesota. She was a candidate for Hennepin County Attorney in 1922, Minneapolis Municipal Judge in 1927, and Minneapolis Alderman (Eighth Ward) in 1949.
