Chase was a former Anoka municipal judge (1911-1916) and deputy state Auditor (1916-1921). He would later win the GOP nomination for Governor in 1930, serve in the U.S. House (AL, 1933-1935), was a candidate for U.S. Senate in 1940, and serve as Railroad and Warehouse Commission (1944-1948).

Deming was an attorney from St. Paul and the first woman nominated for the office of Auditor in Minnesota history.

Casey was editor of the Jordan Independent.
