Attorney General Hilton won election to a third term.
Sullivan was a St. Paul attorney and failed candidate in the 1918 and 1920 primaries for Attorney General. Sullivan launched an independent bid following his June GOP primary defeat.
McQuat was an attorney from Grand Rapids, former Itsaca County Attorney, and candidate for Associate Justice of the Supreme Court in 1934.
