Berg was the Chisago County Register of Deeds (1886-1894) and a former public school teacher. He was later elected to the state House (HD 63, 1901-1903).

Haines was a resident of Morrison County and former newspaper composing room worker.

Seberger was the first Mayor of St. Cloud, an educator, Midroad Populist nominee for the 6th CD in 1900, independent candidate for the 6th CD in 1922, Farmer-Labor candidate for Lieutenant Governor in 1926, and Farmer-Labor nominee for Treasurer in 1928.

Winger was a resident of Grant County.
