Rice was a former editor and merchant from Wilmar and state Senator (SD 40, 1874-1876, 1878-1883; HD 36, 1883-1887).
Frank was a farmer from Le Roy and former state Representative (HD 03, 1883-1885).
Pinkham, a minister from Minneapolis, later was the Prohibition U.S. House nominee U.S. for the 4th CD in 1888. an at-large Minnesota delegation member to the 1888 Prohibition Party National Convention, and Prohibition nominee for Governor in 1890.
