Notes: | Granse, who previously had ties to Lyndon LaRouche, later gave lectures and legal advice to individuals who were fighting paying taxes. Granse claimed to head an anti-government organization, tapes of which were found by the FBI on 1995 Oklahoma City bombing conspirator James Nichols' property. The FBI questioned Granse about his ties to Nichols who called Granse two days before the bombing. Granse himself was a tax protestor who did not pay Minnesota or Federal taxes for income earned out of state for several years in the late 1980s and early 1990s. |
