Notes: Warner was the older brother of Republican State Representative Amos L. Warner (HD 51, 1913-1915). Warner was elected to HD 10 from Garden City in 1884 and to HD 27 from St. Paul in 1894. He was appointed secretary of the Minnesota Railroad and Warehouse Commission in 1895. He served as U.S. Surveyor General from 1901 to 1909.
